Cabin Expectations |

Expectations:

If you open or close the cabin, thank you! If you do a big project, thank you! For all others, please do one or more of the following:

Wash the Windows: Use a few drops of dish soap, a rag, a squeegee , and paper towels. Work top to bottom with rag in the soapy water, then squeegee and wipe down.
Clean Deck Railing: Clean the railing with a scrub bush and soapy water, and rinse with hose. Afterwards, follow above instructions to clean the Deck railing windows.
Leather Couches: Clean the leather couches with the leather clean above the pantry.
Deep clean bathroom: Scrub shower / organize drawers / scrub floor
Light fixtures, pictures and mirrors: Clean with glass cleaner
Bed frames / dressers: Wipe down and polish
Kitchen Drawers: Clean and organize
Kitchen Cabinets: Clean and polish
Refrigerator / Freezer (de-ice if necessary): Clean

Things to always do when leaving the cabin:

Clean entire kitchen table, cushions, and chairs.
Ensure toaster oven and coffee pot are clean.
Vacuum hardwood floors, and then wipe large messes, and wet jet entire floor.
Clean Oven / Cook Top
Search and destroy cobwebs
Make the bed with fresh sheets
It is okay to leave some firewood and newspapers for fireplace, but please ensure all cardboard is burned and fireplace is empty of ashes before leaving
Everything else is common sense – attempt to leave the cabin cleaner than how you found it.
BBQ: Ensure it is empty upon leaving, and that there is enough propane for the next guest. If running low, advise the next person to bring more and meet up to swap tank.
